Leeds Tech Map – A snapshot of the city’s tech scene.
Originally produced in 2021, the Leeds Tech Map is a clear, visual guide to the city’s thriving digital and technology economy. Now relaunched in 2026, it brings together hundreds of companies across software, data, health tech, fintech and creative tech, showing at a glance who’s doing what in Leeds and the strength of the region’s tech ecosystem.
Whether you’re a founder, investor, talent or partner looking to connect with the Leeds tech community, the updated Leeds Tech Map makes it easy to explore and engage with the organisations shaping the city’s future.

Who is it for?
Founders, investors, students, corporates, policymakers and anyone curious about what tech in Leeds really looks like.
Where will you see it?
Pinned to walls in offices, boardrooms, universities and public spaces.
Passed around in meetings and used as a starting point for more informed, productive conversations.
Who’s behind it?
The map is produced independently, in close collaboration with the community. With thanks to our sponsors ALT Legal and BHP, and to our data providers, The Data City.

We can’t wait to see the new map out in the wild.
UK Tech Week
UK Tech Week is a national week of events that brings the UK tech community together.

Co-organised by Paceline and Startup Coalition, UK Tech Week is community-led rather than centrally programmed. Partners host their own events under a shared banner, which keeps it open, practical and relevant.
The programme reflects what is really happening in UK tech, across AI, health, climate, fintech, creative and more.
The purpose is simple: help people meet the right people.
UK Tech Week creates connections between founders, operators, investors, students and policymakers who would not otherwise cross paths. It gives regional ecosystems a national stage and helps founders build the networks that make progress possible.
About Paceline
Led by Stuart Clarke MBE, Paceline exists to help ambitious founders and scale-ups raise their profile with clarity and credibility.
Many great businesses struggle to explain what they do, why it matters, and why anyone should care. Paceline bridges that gap, translating complex products into stories that people want to read, share and act on.
The work is practical, focused on messaging, positioning, media relations, content strategy and founder visibility. That might mean shaping a narrative for investment, building a thought leadership platform on LinkedIn, securing press coverage, or creating content that explains a product in plain English.
Paceline helps founders and scale-ups get in front of the right people. That means policymakers, investors, partners, and others who can open doors.
The focus is on building real influence, not chasing headlines for their own sake. We introduce clients to people who matter, and placing them into rooms they would not otherwise reach, such as private roundtables, invitation-only events and curated networks.
It is about being known by the right audience, not the biggest one.
